MAKING PROFITS FROM BLOGS?

I guess right now you are ready to venture into the world of blogging, let’s proceed to one of the most expected of common bloggers from their blog; making a profit from blogs.

But if you think that making profits from blogs is simple as breathing then you got it wrong,  making a profit from blogs take a lot of work and effort my friend, it takes time.

Before I venture into making profits from blogs, I applied for a debit card in our local bank that has VISA so I could link it to Paypal [You will need this of course, Where will you take your blog profit then? But you can also try other transactions]

Second, I borrowed ample money to start up so I could place Ads on my WordPress blog, I encountered a mistake before when I just got a domainblabla.wordpress.com and yet I placed HMTL/Texts on my Widgets regarding Affiliates then boom, my blog suddenly removed from the server due to conditions and all those rules and regulations. [Read the rules and regulations first, learn from my mistakes LOL]

So I applied for a Plan and a Domain at WordAds then WP automates ads according to your blog content. If you’re thinking you will be spending out cash just for a start-up then you’re a bit selfish =) there are some things we need to give so we could take something back, and it’s the Law of Equivalent Rate [Well, it’s according to an Anime Full Metal Alchemist and it definitely works in the real world]

If you’re planning on making profits from blogs you could search for them but most of the bloggers out there use the following:

  • WordAds: I use these =) not because I endorsed it or sucking someone’s thumb but I started with WordPress and I am comfortable with it and it features (You can see your stats, earnings and things alike.)
  • Google Adsense: I tried applying for Google Adsense before but it needs some requirements and a review and it takes time, you can venture here and Google has a nice SEO if you ask me but I’ll stick to WP =)
  • Amazon Affiliate Programs: You can choose several Programs in different categories that match your Blog, As I have said if you are on Book Reviews you can sell Kindles, Bundles, and Books from Amazon. =)
  • Commission Junction: CJ is an affiliate marketing place where you can also choose what items and stuffs you want to sell on your blog and it has commissions based on purchases, to tell you honestly I have an account in CJ but I’m not that well versed in this field. But I would advise you to read their “How it Works” =) Same principles that apply to Amazon.

There are lots of Affiliate Programs but mind you gentlemen and ladies, Place Ads according to your Blog content. You can’t just place Basketball Jerseys on your Blog and your content is all about Gardening, like who the hell does that?
