Steve Job’s Apple era is better than today’s Apple? Let’s have a peek

Apple industry introduced its new OS the iOS7. And we all know when a new upgrade comes new features and designs are at hand. So what are the new upgrades?

One of it was the unveiling of the new Music Player they call it iTunes Radio, well as for me I buy music from iTunes and it really gives a different sound from other Music Player especially when you have a good set of headphones tight locked in to your ears (what I use as a headphone are Beats products).

But actually Apple is under a pressure “Its stock has fallen to close to $450 after peaking at about $700 in September.” –NYTimes. This happened after the death of Steve Jobs, well I hope this new iOS7 can carry that pressure and bring Apple back to their previous stock rating.

“Phil Schiller, the company’s vice president for global marketing, offered a sarcastic response to those who have suggested that Apple could no longer innovate.”

We really can’t avoid people who are used to “Job’s Apple Era” that they expect more and more innovative ideas as to what Mr.Jobs did during his seat. I myself is a big fan of his works and ideas, and no offense I am still in doubt on what the new Apple industry could provide to their consumers.

Tim Cook, Apple’s chief executive, called Apple’s new mobile operating system, iOS 7, the “biggest change to iOS since the introduction of the iPhone.” I don’t know if it’s just us but we are expecting for this new upgrade this coming Fall.

The design in iOS 7 introduces:

• thin typography, similar to Microsoft’s Windows Phone software, and a new color palette.

• The keys on the keyboard look simple, with gray letters on flat, white backgrounds.

• Apple also removed textures that made some apps mimic real-life objects.

• The Calendar app has shed its faux leather, the Game Center app no longer has green felt and the shelves in the iBookstore app are no longer wood-grained.

• And the home screen has an effect called parallax to make the app icons look as though they are popping out in 3-D.

In iOS 7, Apple also made improvements to Siri, the voice-controlled assistant that follow user’s commands like “Play my last voice mail” or “Increase my screen brightness.” And it has a new male and female voice that’s more realistic, it was widely ridiculed before because of its spottiness and ineptitude. Furthermore, Apple in 2014 will be integrated into care made by car manufacturers including Nissan, Kia, Honda and Toyota, said Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president for Internet software and services.

Apple said iOS 7 will arrive in the fall. It will be a free update for iPhone and iPad owners.

“One of Apple’s chief rivals, Samsung Electronics, has released several compelling smartphones and tablets over the past two years.” And this is one of the reasons why the stock of Apple decreased, we have to keep in mind that the Apple industry is the target for other rivals and it’s a pressure to Apple to get a grip on what they are right now, if Apple will take this for granted the rival companies in the industry will overtake and have the upper hand.

Let’s wait until fall arrives.
